Best Game Movie Yet

So Bill and I went to see Silent Hill last night. Wow what a movie! First if you are a fan of the games and don't have a weak stomach i would HIGHLY recommend that you go see this movie. This is probably one of the best "Video game to Movie" adaptations that i have seen yet. It is almost exactly like the first game. (except the main person is a woman in the movie) but the story is basicly the same. Great great movie.

Second, like i was saying if you have a weak stomach you might want to skip this movie, it is very brutal. I am very VERY suprised that it got away with just an "R" rating from the MPAA. There were scenes in this movie that will make you very uncomfortable, Three Words for you "Razor-Wire Deaths". Also this movie has some pretty creepy scenes in it. If you have the chance you owe it to yourself as a fan to go see the movie in the theater. Not for just the size of the screen but for the volume. It was really loud and helped the movie a lot. I could talk about it all day long, just go see it.

Walt... You're a Dick!!!

So if you have looked at my other blog i just recently got married... Thank you!

I also went to Disney World for my honeymoon. Great time Loads of fun.

But what does any of this have to do with video games? Well not a lot but when i was walking around downtown Disney they had a store that was selling video games. The most intresting ones that i saw were some greatest hits for the PS2. Now as any avid gamer should know, the games that are on the greatest hits list are all $20, they even have tv commercials announcing the fact that they are this cheap. Well i guess good ol' Walt said Fuck Dat and set his own prices. I found Gran Turismo 4 "On Sale" for $34.99. Screwing the american people i guess was a fun ride that wasn't announced to the people that pay to get in the parks. Also they had Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (shocker since its a Disney game) for the GBA. Now this game has been out for about 2 years and guess how much that was, $40. Wow that is a lot of money for a 2 year old game on the GBA!!

Just thought i would inform any one that cares (or reads this) that if you are in Disney and are just bored and looking to get a game to pass the time, DON'T do it in a Disney park or anything that is affiliated with them.

Other than that i had a great time and would love to go back anytime and spend another week there with my wife.

.... MeatWad Sucks!
