Half Life 2, Gun... Random, words...No.

Ok so i have had a couple games for a little while now and haven't Blogged about them until now... Soooooo here i go.

First i have "Gun" for the Xbox. Great western game, with the "sandbox" feel to it. You run around shooting Red's and killing Bandits all the while trying to figure out who killed your Paw and why. Like i said, GREAT game, but very very short. The review that best describes it was "Once you pop someones head off for the first time your hooked" its very true. I love the game just wish it was longer. Well worth the money if the price were to drop to about $20. If not i would definatly say rent this one, its worth your time to check out.

And speaking of longer, Half Life 2
First off the game initally came out for high end PC's and was awesome. Now its out for the Xbox and again its Awesome! With one problem, no multiplayer. Now to some people thats a big deal, to me, not so much. I don't have an Xbox Live account and i don't really like relying on other people to enjoy my games. Other than that the game is spot on to the PC version. It looks great, sounds great and plays very smooth (except for when there is a shit load of stuff happening on screen). I would highly recommend getting this game if you like FPSers with a lot of story behind them.

Microsoft. Because... We Care!

So if no ones else has heard, the Xbox 360 launched last week. Whoo Hoo that's great. To bad there is already problems with the system. Two rumors i have al ready heard, one confirmed by Microsoft. They state that the system puts out enough heat that the fans can't keep it cool over prolonged play and the system shuts it self down due to that fact, Not Confirmed.

What was confirmed is that the system has "Technical errors" while in play and will "Crash" the system. Leaving the player frozen and forced to reboot. Microsoft confirms that this is an issue they will later take care of in firmware updates, with the reply to consumers... get this, this is a quote, "You will have problems in a system that complicated." Basicly they are saying, yeah we kinda figured that shit might happen but we said fuck it and sent it out anyway.

God i bet Sony is eating this up, i would love to have been a fly on the wall when they heard what was going on in the Microsoft camp.

Tony Hawk's AMerican Wasteland

Holy shit. My dick is hard. This game is so fucking fun. It, like I thought, is like the GTA of Tony Hawk games. Instead of having the skills you learned in previous games, you have to learn them all over again. But it is crazy. You free roam. Like GTA, I spend a lot of time getting money and spray painting, and riding bikes more than I do the missions. The soundtrack is phoenomenal. It has regular songs, but it also has good bands covering punk songs. There is 2 Misfits covers! Tight!
I love running around and shopping, and learning stuff. Pick it up. Right fucking now.
